Original order seemed ok then I started subscription—order took 10 days after being dispatched to reach me and had been through customs .When package arrived it was clear that it had originated in China.Contents also look smell and taste different and bottle no longer has the made in the uk symbol on it despite still claiming this in your website.I am questioning the authenticity of this and do not want to give it to my children.Please respond

Didn't think it would work but our child actually grew 1.5 inches within a year after 16 years of age and still taking the chewable tablets. This is an excellent product and would definitely help in child height growth.
Unfortunately my son didn’t get on with these, as he found the taste unpleasant. We may try again with them in the future.

The first pot of tablets i received are absolutely fine and says made in England, i signed up to the subscription and received a pot from China somewhere, pot was different wasnt made in UK and tablets tasted different my child didnt like them at all first pot made in England tasted fine to him so was very disappointed to see we was sent something different.

Formula changed, tasted like vomit so my child wouldn’t take them. You said you were changing the formula back so I asked to swap the “vomit” pills for a new batch and was totally ignored

I asked to cancel, you sent it anyway. My daughter doesn't like and won't take the pills.
My children were taking these with no problems for the last few months but the latest 2 bottles smell and taste completely different. I’ve emailed to ask if this is just a dodgy batch but nobody has replied. Unfortunately I need to cancel my subscription as my children are refusing to take them and to be honest I don’t blame them, the bottles smell very strange!
This is shipped from china, it’s supposed to be made in UK. Formulation has changed, tried to contact customer service multiple different ways but no one ever got back to me. Dreadful customer service, avoid!!
First few deliveries were good but the last delivery isn’t so good. Something has changed with these and they don’t taste as good as the others we’ve had. I also noticed that delivery came from China and not the UK as they state. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
