What ages can take Height chewables?
Our height essential is designed for boys and girls starting at age 5 up to 19. Please always consult your paediatrician to make sure a vitamin is right for your child.
Are Height chewables for both boys and girls?
Yes - experts suggest that boys and girls have similar nutritional needs throughout childhood and until their mid-teens. As always please consult your pediatrician where appropriate.
Does my child really need Height?
The short answer is probably yes. According to the numbers, more than 70% of children are deficient in micro-nutrients essential to growth. Buddy helps fill in common nutritional gaps without being a sugar-coated gummy vitamin, which, unfortunately, has become the default way for kids to be healthy. When should I give my child their chewable?
We suggest your child takes it with a meal, either breakfast or dinner. Though you may eat the chewable with or without food.
Why is your vitamin a chewable, not a gummy?
Gummy vitamins are often filled with pork-based additives and hard-to-pronounce ingredients, they can get stuck in your children’s teeth contributing to cavities, they can teach bad health habits by connecting health with sweets, and they are often made with low doses in order to make the gummy. For parents concerned about keeping their kids strong and healthy, chewables are the preferred delivery method among many leading experts.
Can Height chewables be taken with a multivitamin?
Height essential is designed to be mixed and matched with limited ingredient overlap. As a result, many kids take Buddy with other multivitamins to maximise their overall wellness. As a best practice, please check with your paediatrician to determine what product mix is best for your kids.
